Hanya Tsukito
Gender: Female. Age: 14.
Mero's best friend and the only one who can put up with her on a regular basis. Her
family moved all around different countries, staying in Konoha (Village Hidden in the
Leaves) for a year and finally moving to Kumogakure when Hanya was 8 years old. She
doesn't show much interest in general, and has a true sense of justice... but only if
it concerns her. Back at the Ninja Academy she was often in trouble for her attitude
towards classmates and teachers, but still has a few friends she can talk to.
Mero Yakona
Gender: Female. Age: 14
Claimed Hanya as her best friend years ago and hasn't let her reputation fail since.
Although she can sleep for days on end and rarely sat in class for more than twenty
minutes without dozing off, once she's awake, she's full of energy. She manages to
somehow attract people and annoy them at the same time with her charisma, and doesn't
deal with loneliness too well. Mero seems to be slightly naive, but that's just her
curiosity getting the better of her.
Shigo Takenochi
Gender: Male. Age: 14
Shigo (his name meaning 'four' and 'five') was completely unknown to Mero and Hanya
until the three were put together in a three-man squad at the end of their Academy
days. His long hair and polite ways have led many a person to believe he is a woman
(but he is male!). Being so new to responsibilities and these strange new team members,
Shigo can be unsure of what to do or say around other people, even though he's the
'normality' of the group. His family owns a fan and occasion shop in the village, which
he helps out in as his mother often goes away from home.
